๐น 1. Advance Fee Payment (เค เค्เคฐिเคฎ เคถुเคฒ्เค เคญुเคเคคाเคจ)
All fees are deposited in advance before the start of each month. (เคช्เคฐเคค्เคฏेเค เคฎाเคน เคी เคถुเคฐुเคเคค เคธे เคชเคนเคฒे เคธเคญी เคถुเคฒ्เค เค เค्เคฐिเคฎ เคฎें เคเคฎा เคिเค เคाเคคे เคนैं।)

Every student gets a 10-day safe window from their due date to deposit fees. (เคช्เคฐเคค्เคฏेเค เคाเคค्เคฐ เคो เค เคชเคจी เคถुเคฒ्เค เคคिเคฅि เคธे 10 เคฆिเคจों เคा เคธुเคฐเค्เคทिเคค เคธเคฎเคฏ เคถुเคฒ्เค เคเคฎा เคเคฐเคจे เคे เคฒिเค เคฆिเคฏा เคाเคคा เคนै।)
๐น 3. Early Exit (Within 7 Days) — เคช्เคฐाเคฐंเคญिเค เคฌाเคนเคฐ เคจिเคเคฒเคจा (7 เคฆिเคจों เคे เคญीเคคเคฐ)
If a student discontinues classes within 7 days from their fee date, no fee will be charged for that month. (เคฏเคฆि เคाเคค्เคฐ เค เคชเคจी เคถुเคฒ्เค เคคिเคฅि เคธे 7 เคฆिเคจों เคे เคญीเคคเคฐ เคเค्เคทा เคोเคก़เคคा เคนै, เคคो เคเคธ เคฎाเคน เคा เคोเค เคถुเคฒ्เค เคจเคนीं เคฒिเคฏा เคाเคเคा।)
๐น 4. Mid-Month Exit (8 to 19 Days) — เคฎเคง्เคฏ เคฎाเคน เคฎें เคोเคก़เคจा (8 เคธे 19 เคฆिเคจ)
If the student leaves between the 8th and 19th day from the fee date, half-month fees will be charged. (เคฏเคฆि เคाเคค्เคฐ 8เคตें เคธे 19เคตें เคฆिเคจ เคे เคฌीเค เคเค्เคทा เคोเคก़เคคा เคนै, เคคो เคเคงे เคฎाเคน เคा เคถुเคฒ्เค เคฒिเคฏा เคाเคเคा।)
๐น 5. Late Exit (After 19 Days) — เคฆेเคฐी เคธे เคोเคก़เคจा (19 เคฆिเคจ เคฌाเคฆ)
If the student continues for 19 days or more, the full month fee will be applicable. (เคฏเคฆि เคाเคค्เคฐ 19 เคฆिเคจ เคฏा เคเคธเคธे เค เคงिเค เคเคชเคธ्เคฅिเคค เคฐเคนเคคा เคนै, เคคो เคชूเคฐे เคฎाเคน เคा เคถुเคฒ्เค เคฆेเคจा เคนोเคा।)
๐น 6. No Refund for Partial Attendance (เคंเคถिเค เคเคชเคธ्เคฅिเคคि เคे เคฒिเค เคोเค เคฐिเคซंเคก เคจเคนीं)
Fees once paid will not be refunded for unattended days after applicable duration. (เคเค เคฌाเคฐ เคถुเคฒ्เค เคเคฎा เคนोเคจे เคे เคฌाเคฆ, เค เคจुเคชเคธ्เคฅिเคค เคฆिเคจों เคे เคฒिเค เคोเค เคฐिเคซंเคก เคจเคนीं เคฆिเคฏा เคाเคเคा।)
๐น 7. Class Suspension or Leave (เคเค्เคทा เคจिเคฒंเคฌเคจ เคฏा เค เคตเคाเคถ)
Planned or unplanned leaves do not qualify for fee adjustment. (เคจिเคฏोเคिเคค เคฏा เค เคจिเคฏोเคिเคค เค เคตเคाเคถ เคे เคฒिเค เคถुเคฒ्เค เคธเคฎाเคฏोเคเคจ เคฒाเคू เคจเคนीं เคนोเคा।)
๐น 8. Special Circumstances (เคตिเคถेเคท เคชเคฐिเคธ्เคฅिเคคिเคฏाँ)
In case of genuine medical or family emergencies, management may review requests individually. (เคฏเคฆि เคिเคिเคค्เคธीเคฏ เคฏा เคชाเคฐिเคตाเคฐिเค เคเคชाเคค เคธ्เคฅिเคคि เคนोเคคी เคนै, เคคो เคช्เคฐเคฌंเคงเคจ เคฎाเคฎเคฒे เคी เคต्เคฏเค्เคคिเคเคค เคฐूเคช เคธे เคธเคฎीเค्เคทा เคเคฐ เคธเคเคคा เคนै।)
